什麼是原生營養DHA?

長鏈多元不飽和脂肪酸(LCPUFAs)如DHA,除了是細胞膜的重要成分,也是構成各種身體機能介質網絡的原料[1]。原生營養DHA可促進突觸(synapse)的形成,減少對早產嬰兒大腦發育的負面影響。

功能

原生營養DHA促進腦部發育,奠定智力、運動、情感、溝通的發展基礎。DHA還有助腸道健康,故此,比飲用一般配方者較少出現腹瀉的情況。

DHA能有助減輕炎症[2],[3],[4];而DHA的代謝產物,包括消散素(resolvins)、保護素 (protecins) 、內源性大麻素(endocannabinoids)等能幫助減輕炎症[5],[6]

正因為DHA具有幫助緩解炎症的功效,科學家相信DHA在免疫能力方面擔當著重要角色[7]
